01. Acceptance of these Terms

By adding an iamandy Discord application to a server, interacting with one of our applications or otherwise using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the application and, where applicable, remove it from your Discord server.

02. About our Discord applications

Discord applications covered by these Terms are independently operated by iamandy.uk.

These applications may include bots such as Sapphire and other Discord tools developed or operated by iamandy.uk.

They provide automated Discord functionality through commands, interactions and other Discord features.

03. Discord's Terms also apply

Our applications operate using the Discord platform and Discord APIs.

Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other applicable policies.

These Terms do not replace or override any agreement between you and Discord.

04. Eligibility

You may only use our applications if you are permitted to use Discord under Discord's Terms of Service and the laws applicable to you.

If you are acting on behalf of a Discord server, community, company or other organisation, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

05. Using our applications

You may use our Discord applications for their intended functionality, subject to these Terms and applicable Discord policies.

When using an iamandy Discord application, you agree not to:

• use the application for unlawful purposes;
• use it to harass, threaten or abuse other people;
• attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or security weaknesses;
• attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the application or its infrastructure;
• attempt to access another person's information without permission;
• spam commands, interactions or requests in a way that disrupts the service;
• use automated systems to deliberately overload the service;
• circumvent restrictions, permissions or security controls;
• misrepresent an application as being officially operated or endorsed by Discord; or
• use an application in a way that violates Discord's applicable terms or policies.

06. Server administrators

Discord server owners and administrators are responsible for deciding whether an iamandy application is appropriate for their community and which permissions it receives.

Administrators should only grant permissions reasonably required for the features they intend to use.

Server administrators are also responsible for configuring applications appropriately for their server.

07. Permissions and automated actions

Some features may perform actions within Discord, including sending messages, managing roles, accessing channels or carrying out other server functions.

These actions are limited by permissions granted through Discord.

By enabling a feature that performs such an action, the authorised user or server administrator instructs the application to perform that functionality.

08. Privacy and data

Information processed through our Discord applications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed, why it is used, how it may be retained and how users can request deletion.

09. Availability

Our Discord applications are provided on an "as available" basis.

We aim to keep them reliable but do not guarantee that any application will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

Applications may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, infrastructure problems, Discord outages, API changes or circumstances outside our control.

10. Changes to applications

Commands, features, behaviour and availability may change over time.

Features may be added, modified, restricted or removed without a guarantee of continued availability.

11. Suspension or termination

Access to an application may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary, including where:

• these Terms are violated;
• the application is being abused or deliberately disrupted;
• continued access creates a security risk;
• continued access may violate Discord's policies or applicable law; or
• restriction is necessary to protect the application, its users or its infrastructure.

You may stop using an application at any time. Server administrators can remove a bot or application from their Discord server through Discord.

12. Third-party services

Our applications depend on third-party services, including Discord.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, data handling or other actions of independent third-party services.

Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by those organisations.

13. Intellectual property

Original software, branding, design and associated materials relating to iamandy Discord applications remain the property of their respective owner unless stated otherwise.

Discord names, trademarks, logos and services belong to Discord and are referenced only to describe integration with the Discord platform.

14. Disclaimer

Our Discord applications are provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose or freedom from every possible error.

You are responsible for deciding whether an application is appropriate for your Discord server and for maintaining appropriate Discord permissions, moderation procedures and backups where necessary.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of, inability to use or reliance upon our Discord applications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our applications, Discord's platform, legal requirements or the way the services operate.

The date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated.
